Charley and Ada planted VCA in 1979 and have been their only
pastor. They have three children and four grandchildren serving
the Lord. They are   both natives of  Western  New York. They
have  been  also  involved  in  a traveling ministry both home
and abroad in Africa and  the Philippines.  Charley is a member
of Gospel Crusade Ministerial Fellowship  and  Zion  Christian
Fellowship  in the Philippines
